1. Engagement Mandate

By accessing the BoatGuider Intelligence Base, you agree to comply with all operational protocols outlined herein. These mandates apply to all visitors, navigators, and intelligence contributors who interact with our systems.

2. Intellectual Property

The intelligence, technical guides, and visual aesthetics of this platform remain the exclusive property of BoatGuider. unauthorized redistribution of our tactical data or cloning of our "Cyber-Industrial" design system is strictly prohibited.

3. Navigational Responsibility

While our data is vetted by maritime experts, navigational decisions remain the sole responsibility of the vessel commander. BoatGuider provides intelligence for informational purposes only. Use tactical data at your own risk.

4. User Conduct Protocols

Users are expected to maintain professional conduct when interacting with our comms hubs or leaving field reports (comments). Disruptive behavior or attempts to breach our mainframe will result in immediate termination of access.

5. Field Accuracy

The maritime landscape is dynamic. We do not guarantee the perpetual accuracy of every coordinate node or technical manual. Users are encouraged to report discrepancies through the appropriate channels.
